The Next Generation of Traders website and application (hereinafter the "Service") are published by FullSignaux, a SASU with capital of 100 euros, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under SIREN number 105 866 446, with its registered office at 1 rue Marguerin, 75014 Paris.

2. Hosting
The Service (frontend and backend) is hosted by Render Services, Inc., 525 Brannan Street, Suite 300, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States. Website: www.render.com. This information is provided pursuant to Article 6 III of French law n° 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 for confidence in the digital economy (LCEN).
3. Description of the business
Next Generation of Traders is a technology platform connecting, on one hand, independent partner traders (hereinafter the "Traders") who publish trading signals, and on the other hand, subscribed users (hereinafter the "Subscribers") who wish to view these signals as part of their own investment decisions.
FullSignaux is not an authorized investment services provider within the meaning of Directive 2014/65/EU (MiFID II) and does not provide any personalized investment advice. FullSignaux has no access to Subscribers' trading accounts, positions, or investment funds, which remain entirely on their personal broker account.
Subscription payments and Trader compensation are handled through Stripe Connect, a payment services provider licensed in the European Union. FullSignaux's role is limited to the technical collection of subscription payments on behalf of partner Traders, within the framework set out in the partnership agreements concluded with them.
4. Intellectual property
All elements making up the Service (text, logos, trademarks, graphics, interfaces, source code, and database structure) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of FullSignaux or its contractual partners, unless stated otherwise. Any reproduction, representation, modification, or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization, is prohibited and may constitute infringement within the meaning of Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
5. Limitation of liability
FullSignaux makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information published on the Service, without being able to guarantee the absence of errors or omissions. Investing in financial markets carries a risk of capital loss. A Trader's past performance is not indicative of future performance. 6. Personal data

7. Governing law
This Legal Notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the competent French courts shall be those of the jurisdiction of FullSignaux's registered office.
